12:00pm- 2:00 pm          Quiet Time/ Nap Time (age and need dependant)

2:00-4:00pm                    Montessori Work/ Enrichment Program/  Afternoon play and snack

**Enrichment Program includes: French, Music & Art Appreciation, Arts and Crafts, Social Skills & Mindfulness, Gardening, Baking and Cooking, Yoga, etc

*** Quiet Time includes looking at/ reading books, doing puzzles, colouring,  yoga, etc.
